Our Projects

With donation and fundraising raised we support our partner organisations to run various projects to help individuals suffering with mental health!

Please watch the video below…

Our most recent project is ‘Dear Patience’ a music collection, in partnership with UpTempo, Make Some Noise & The Hive. The collaboration has produced an outstanding album, with all songs written by patients in touch with mental health services.

You can purchase your own copy of the album today in the shop!

Money raised from the album is going to be used to pay for musicians to run sessions within mental health clinics, giving people the opportunity to express themselves through music.

Have a listen to one of the tracks from the album below!

We hope you like the track above! You can listen to the album on Spotify!

If you would like to support the trust, you can purchase a copy of the CD HERE

Partners

The reason why we got involved in this project was in memory of our beloved daughter Samantha Maritza who tragically died seven years ago, she was a talented and creative musician, as a singer, writer and mentor who truly believed how much of a positive impact music can have.

Initially our family set up a trust fund to raise awareness of mental health issues to try to promote understanding whilst breaking down the stigmas that surround mental health.

We supported ‘Up Tempo’ which is an important initiative, bringing in professional musicians to work with inpatients on a weekly basis. Their skills enable the patients to get involved with song-writing and music making. We are working alongside this project with a close friend of Samantha’s, John Sambrook of Dusted Productions and with our project partners Arts for Health, Make Some Noise & The Hive. Over the last year we have been working together to write and produce a twelve-track album that’s primary purpose is to promote and support awareness of mental wellbeing, and in turn be part of Samantha’s legacy.
